  • A valid ID may be required upon delivery

  • SIM cards are shipped via courier like other items
  • Activation (if applicable) is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated

9. Failed Delivery

If delivery is unsuccessful:

  • The courier will attempt re-delivery
  • Additional fees may apply for repeated failed attempts
